With jesse’s confession tape destroyed and him escaping, the cops would never know the extent of all of the crimes committed, would they? For example, how would they know that drew. Did anyone in the dea know that hank and gomie were working with jesse? If so is the tape even worthy of note when police are weighing evidence against jesse?
